Poisoning – Where to Get Help

When to call:

  • Accidental ingestion of medicines, household products, or potentially poisonous plants

  • The center will advise on immediate actions and whether medical treatment is needed

Poison control centers in Germany are operated by the federal states and provide 24/7 emergency advice for human poisoning cases.
