We are looking for freelance consultants for Home Search and other services in Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Munich.


You will be managing the entire home search relocation process: from supporting the assignee finding a temporary accommodation before their arrival to Germany, to an extensive long-term housing search. We want to guarantee the employee a stress-free start in the new city. With your support, they can concentrate on their new job right after the arrival and do not have to worry about their work permit, the administrative tasks or finding their new home. You will be an important first contact person and specialist for them after their arrival.

Our team of 10 employees is working in Berlin Mitte, where our headquarter is located.  We already work together with amazing Consultants and now looking for new talented colleagues to support us as soon as possible.



  • You are responsible for the administrative support of international personnel transfers of our clients

  • You will work cross functionally to communicate with all stakeholders in regards to a successful relocation of assignees to Germany (home search, administration and etc.)

  • You will be communicating with landlords, public offices/authorities

  • You will manage the home search process of our clients

  • You will be reporting to the Account Manager at our head office

  • You will be present and approachable 

  • You are familiar with the current developments on the housing market and see it as a challenge to find an apartment together with your clients despite a difficult situation.




  • very good to have: previous experience with relocation processes, especially home finding processes

  • very good articulation skills and empathy with the role of the client

  • very good customer service skills with a welcoming personality

  • independent and structured working style

  • organizational talent and multi-tasking ability

  • resilience

  • you are trustworthy and reliable

  • a plus: experience with intercultural training, acquisition

  • advantageous: own experiences abroad and intercultural know-how

  • German and English C1 and ideally a third language
