About the Role

We are looking for freelance relocation consultants to support our clients with home search and other relocation services such as immigration assistance, registration support, and school/kindergarten search.

As a relocation consultant, you will help international professionals and their families settle into their new lives in Germany. Your expertise and personal support ensure a smooth transition—so they can focus on their new roles without the stress of navigating bureaucracy or finding housing on their own.

Your Mission

You’ll be the first point of contact for new arrivals and a trusted local guide in their relocation journey. With your help, they will receive professional, hands-on support—from finding a home to handling the administrative steps of moving to Germany.

You’ll work closely with our relocation team at the Berlin headquarters and become a key part of our growing network of freelance consultants across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide and support clients through the home search process, including scheduling viewings, contacting landlords, and assisting with lease agreements

• Provide administrative support related to relocation, including residence registration and immigration appointments

• Communicate with public authorities, landlords, and schools/kindergartens on behalf of clients

• Coordinate with our in-house Relocation Managers to ensure a smooth process

• Offer a friendly and supportive presence during and after the client’s arrival

• Stay up to date on local housing market trends and regulations

Your Profile

• Ideally: previous experience in relocation, real estate, or client support

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you are empathetic, articulate, and professional

• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and welcoming personality

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

• Resilient and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations

• Culturally aware and ideally have experience living or working abroad

• Language skills: German and English at C1 level; additional languages are a plus
